- Item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging
- Item(s) must be returned within 15-30 days of receipt
- Must obtain an RMA# and correct return address in order to receive a credit
- Customer is responsible for original freight, return freight and a restocking fee (varies between 15-50%)
- Credits will not be issued for any item received with freight damage
- On applicable products, please complete a decontamination form prior to return
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service department at (866) 674-7220 within 24 hours of placing the order. If product has shipped prior to cancellation notification the customer will be responsible for a restocking fee.
