Certified to meet NSF ANSI 456 requirements, this unit combines a variable capacity compressor with a microprocessor controller, three temperature probes, and programmable high and low alarms for dependable performance. The 7 inch touchscreen interface with password protection, built in USB data logging, rechargeable battery backup, and NIST traceable probe provide secure monitoring and compliance support.
