Frame constructed from 16 Ga 304 stainless steel. Mounted on four 5” casters, front two with step brakes.
Each Cage is 38” W x 31” D – 1,178 sq. in. or 8.1 sq. ft.
Removable central divider to extend cage to 76” W x 31” D – 2,356 sq. in. or 16.3 sq. ft.
Cage Height (floor to ceiling): 9.5”
Unit has two cages per tier.
Floors constructed from 304 SST divided into 4 removable sections per tier.
Litter pans constructed of 22 Ga stainless steel, fully welded. Four per tier. Approximately 19” W x 30.5” D x 1” H
Brooding area doors constructed from 3/16” clear polycarbonate for viewing and swing out for easy access. Vinyl curtain used to maintain temperature in brooding area.
Brooding area approximately 14” W x 31” D – 434 sq. in. or 3 sq. ft.
Feed access doors constructed from stainless steel frame and 3/16” clear polycarbonate for viewing. Feed access doors can be adjusted to accommodate desired feed access.
Polycarbonate doors have cutouts to assist with air circulation.
Feeders: Part # FEEDER-24X3.25X4.5-R Red plastic molded trough feeder with hanging tabs for super brooder and start grow units, fits 24″ wide doors. NOT AUTOCLAVABLE
Four feeders per tier, one at each door.
Water system: Constructed from stainless steel and equipped with a QD inlet and a drain. Each tier is individually regulated. Each cage is equipped with two adjustable drinkers.
Each drinker has two nipples – four drinkers per tier.
The drinkers are connected to the water system with vinyl tubing with ¼” ID. Drinkers have a thumb screw height adjustment.
Removable heaters are equipped with a digital controller with temperature readout and adjustment, and dimmable LED light control.
