Type 2 (Pure) Water Purification Systems

Type 2 (Pure) Water Purification Systems use Reverse Osmosis (RO) with electrodeionization (EDI) or deionization (DI) to produce pure water. The MilliporeSigma systems we offer eliminate the need for chemical or resin disposal, cutting higher costs and expansive maintenance. Type 2 water purification systems are able to connect directly to Type 1 ultrapure water systems. They are meant for use in a variety of uses including, but not limited to, tissue & cell culture and microbiological medium preparation.
